Why did you decide to run for vice-president of BSU and how do you balance your responsibilities as VP of BSU with your academic and social life?

“I decided to run for vice-president of BSU so I have the chance to import my own ideas and creativity into the club. I wanted a chance to inspire the upcoming freshmen so they would also get the chance to bloom during the year at the school like I was during freshman year. I really take pride in educating and sharing my ideas and goals with the people that attend our club so for me, BSU is more of an outlet where I can teach and educate others at our school, so it doesn’t feel like an extra weighted task. It’s something that I look forward to doing so mixing that with my senior year has been really enjoyable and it’s just giving me the chance to grow as a leader,” Jennifer Tshilombo said.
