The boys basketball team traveled to Ballard yesterday for their first matchup of the season and to test themselves and see what they need to work on in practice. GP had a good showing, especially for the first game of the season. GP C-team won versus Ballard with a score of 52-28, Junior Varsity won big with a score of 57-34, and last but certaintly not least the Varsity squad won with a score of 51-47. The varsity squad was tested as the faced a decent Ballard who put up a good fight and kept the game within double digits the whole game. Senior Jacob Martin led all scores with 19 points in the game and Senior Trey Lawrence added 10 points to the win.
