Some people may just think dabbing is a dying trend, but to senior Isabelle Ivankovich, it is so much more. Her goal is to break the World Record for the most dabs in one minute. The YouTube channel “Most in A Minute” posted a video titled “Most Dabs Hit In A Minute” on April 7th, 2016. The video of Quinn Prescott, aka the dab master, shows him dabbing 271 times in a minute, it has over 70 thousand views. One of those views was Isabelle, who was immediately inspired to beat the World Record.

“If I broke the World Dabbing Record in a minute, nothing in my life that ever happens will top the iconicness of that,” Ivankovich said.

Her training consists of dabbing daily and even using one pound weights while dabbing to strengthen her arms. She finds that dabbing is the only training she can do.

“No other exercises work the dabbing muscles,” Ivankovich said.

To keep herself warmed up she will randomly do 50 quick dabs throughout the day, then rest and repeat it one more time.

“I want to go for 275 dabs that way I have a cushion of 4,” Ivankovich said.

At the moment she can only do 123 a minute, but plans to improve her dabbing game with time. She plans to achieve breaking the record by the time she is consistently getting 15 dabs away from her goal and feels absolutely ready. When she beats the World Record she plans on going on Ellen, Oprah, and telling everyone she broke the World Record.
