“I’m serving in the Brazil Teresina Mission for two years. I start on September 15, and I’ll serve from 2025 to 2027. You go and spend the whole day walking around, knocking on doors, and teaching people about Jesus. My dad served a mission in Italy, and I have a bunch of friends who have as well. I have a friend right now, Colby Adams, who is in Brazil serving a mission, so it’s just people like that who I can look up to. I get to learn Portuguese, which is really cool because that’s what they speak down there. I’m also excited to learn about the people because it’s a really cool area with a lot of culture,” Colin Edmonds said.
