Life of Vlogging

Life of Vlogging

Makenna Thuringer, Staff Writer

Rajina Dusara is a senior who goes above and beyond by vlogging her high school experience. She video tapes everything from her friends in the summer to time spent at school. Her goal is to videotape all of the senior class by the end of the year to give her fellow seniors an opportunity to be able to look back onto their experiences.

“Some days if the school has a special event going on I bring my camera to school and video tape everyone, but mainly video tape the senior class,” Dusara said.

She has been videotaping her senior class since the first day of school and is exited to be able to share her experience with her peers.

“I really like making videos, I think it super fun and gives me an excuse to document my life inside and out of high school,” Dusara said.

She uses a Nikon D 5500 camera to video tape her classmates and has been videotaping since middle school. One of Dusara’s biggest role models on YouTube is Sarah Baska because she’s funny and relatable.

“I don’t post very often and when I do I don’t normally tell people that I posted, so you just got to keep your eye out for the videos,” said Dusara.

Dusara is inspired by watching travel diaries because she is constantly on the move traveling to new places. She has always enjoyed watching and producing her own videos, and loves to document the adventures that she goes on. She sees it more as hobby, but enjoys the idea of having a profession in the industry in the future. She wants to work along side celebrities and possibly work in the fashion world.
