This year’s Coachella line-up is diverse and deep rooted in trending artists on social media, featuring artists like Tyla who went viral on the app TikTok with her song “Water” and Le Sserafim, a Korean Pop group who made a song for the popular game Overwatch entitled “Perfect Night.” Bigger industry names like Lana Del Rey, Tyler, The Creator, and Doja Cat, will be headlining the festival this year.
“I love that Tyler is on the line up. he is one of my favorite artists and it would be so cool if I could go. I saw the videos of him at Camp Flog Gnaw and it looked so fun. It’s such a good line up this year. I also really like Jhene Aiko and Faye Webster so to see them live would be so cool! My friends went to Coachella last year and said it was a really good experience, I think I will go at some point when I’m older and have saved up more money,” said Sabrina Nyguen.
With approximately 125,000 attendees per day, the festival will be filled with all different types of artists and attendees, coming from all over the world. This year especially, featuring 3 groups from Korea, a Vocaloid, groups from Europe, and more.
“I’m excited to see what Le Sserafim will perform and how they’ll do with an international audience, I was really surprised to see them on the list but very happy,” Nyguen added.
Passes start at $500 and go up to almost $2,000, located in Indio, California, the booming festival will of course be another hit this coming year.
