“I’ve always been very involved in high school and growing up, my brother always showed me how to be a loud, proud, and positive grizzly in the student section, so once it was finally my turn to be in that spot in the section, I was thrilled for the opportunity to hype up the other students. My senior year, I received the bear as a token of my school spirit and I’ve been able to share that opportunity with Konner Meyer, Kate Winston, and Paxton Bigby, throughout the year and at different sporting events we’ve traded off with it. It’s just been a great way to bring the whole GP community together. I love it and am going to miss it at Glacier Peak a lot next year.”
