The Glacier Peak yearbook staff has been recognized by Balfour Yearbooks and was included in their 2021 Yearbook Yearbook, a portfolio of all the best yearbooks in the country.

Balfour gave the “Best of 2020” title to less than 5 percent of yearbooks across the country. The 2020 “Beyond All Doubt” yearbook was praised for its extensive coverage of students and its creativity.

Yearbooks published by Balfour for the 2019-20 school year were evaluated in one or more of the following areas: theme development, layout design, photo technique, secondary packages and cover design. Glacier Peak, it seems, covered all those aspects well.

“Congratulations for creating a book that both captures the history of the school year and the unique stories of your students,” Mark Goshgarian, General Manager of Publishing and Digital Assets said. “Your inclusion in the 35th edition of The Yearbook Yearbook allows your outstanding work to serve as inspiration for staffs across the nation.”

This is not the first time our staff has received this award. In fact, this is the 12th time that a Glacier Peak yearbook has been featured in the Yearbook Yearbook.

“It’s one of the goals if you’re a Balfour customer… and 12 times is like winning the lottery over and over again. It’s not a guarantee, but it is a nice reward for all of our hard work” Mrs. Green, the yearbook supervisor, said.

The yearbook staff is persisting on making this one even better than last year’s book, despite the setbacks that the pandemic has presented. Congratulations publications students!
